Our policy is: If it's political in nature, it's not to be there. I would hate for us to change our policy at this point in time.

We're not trying to cheat them. I would hope that they would listen to our explanation and give us the benefit of the doubt.

A lot of fishermen are telling us they like things the way they are. They aren't pushing for the change. It's part of the conservation ethic that coastal fishermen have developed.

This is not going to change anything in the short-term (for prices) because most contracts are long-term and have a fixed price over a set period.
