Our patients are very busy people with families that just want to come in and have their problems taken care of and leave.

Typically there's no wait, but if there is, people can leave their cell phone number when they sign in and we'll call them. They can go shopping or get something to eat.

The biggest benefits are that it's cheaper and it fits into most people's busy lifestyle of today.

We still have the same problems we had 30 years ago.

Operational readiness tests are where the bugs come out. We train so that these problems do come up and we can work through them.
