Coming out of a facility can be difficult because the students are used to structure, and then upon their release, they are just expected to jump right back in the community.

How do you have a training program in stem cell biology if you don't have the mentors?

We need mentors who are extremely dependable and consistent. These children, they've had many disappointments in their lives. We try to avoid that.
