Our location will take full advantage of the I-15, St. Rose Parkway, and Las Vegas Boulevard corridors to attract both tourists and locals including residents of Southern Highlands, Silverado Ranch, Anthem, Seven Hills, Green Valley, and other surrounding communities.

I don't think there's any question Las Vegas will get a major-league professional sports team.

The focus of our development program over the next few years will be the Las Vegas locals market and Reno.

What will happen in Las Vegas? It's hard to say. The entertainment industry has been very strong and you've got large immigration and employment growth, well above the national average. So you have an increase in house prices, but it's related to the influx of new residents and job growth. But certainly that's a market that you should use some caution in the coming years.
