In this business, it's always feast or famine.

I'm having to accept the fact that I'm going to have a brown golf course instead of a green golf course. It's hard for me not to see it thick and green. I'm having to teach myself that brown is OK, but not on the greens.

If it goes on for two more weeks, it's going to get serious. And if it goes on longer than that, it's going to get critical.

Nobody's panicky and critical yet, but it's kind of becoming a topic.

It is the first step toward understanding what the surface is made out of.
