Our goals are to find an easy way to find high risk (women) and to make the counseling process more efficient to make it possible for nurses and genetic counselors to handle the increased volume.

The company's goals are just that -- goals. No professional is going to risk lives and his career to meet goals arbitrarily set by the company.
