Our goal was not to interfere with the process as it was always set to begin. We've put the process in place to ensure that we are able to follow the process, the families are kept up to date, and we have a public hearing that allows everybody to participate.

Based upon parameters that are dictated by a court settlement, the attorney general often consults with the governor, but the final determination as to how the monies are returned to the people of the state lies with the Attorney General's Office, again, based upon the parameters that are dictated by the court.

We didn't know that peanuts came from Oklahoma, but apparently they do.

There was not a grand plan in the beginning. When this all started, we hadn't been there very long.

We are waiting for the investigation to run its course. It's through the investigation we will get the facts about where things can be improved.
