Our family has slaved away out here for 40 years. We want to be able to maximize our profits when we go.

Everything's clear as far as my family goes, but you still think about those who were left behind and waiting to finally get out of there.

It's not our job to prove or disprove anything, but to find out what's going on in the family. Whether it's adoption or foster placement, we make recommendations to the court in the best interests of the child.

I am thankful for this unbroken chain of family.

Marriage was a goal. A family, for me as a young girl, was my image of what I hoped for. It was part of the big picture.

A lot of it is the friendships made over the years, ... We've become friends. We've become a family.
