Our defense played hard. We tried every defense we had. We just couldn't stop them.

They showed their pride. They out-played them in the second half. It was just too late.

We made some adjustments in the second half, and it seem to work. But it was a little too late for that.

On the instances when we did get behind their defense, (Runion) made several excellent saves.

It was nice to see our defense step up like this and it helped that Kevin Donovan was up to the task in goal.

We do fundamentals like shooting, passing, dribbling and defense. As soon as we can, we get into game situations so they can become familiar with them.
