Our car ended up being a lot better than we thought it was going to be. I started near the back, and I just tried to stay out of trouble.

I felt something happen to the car the lap before; it felt like the car didn't have a sway bar. The first hit was the one that hurt the most, probably because I had a long time to think about it...I just hate it because I thought we had a car that could have won tonight.

We want to try to win as many races as we can and be in the top five [in points] at the end of the year.

[Before that race], I read that Brian Vickers had the record, and I really wanted to break it. I really didn't think we had the car to beat [at Mansfield], but we put ourselves in the right position.

We qualified 11th and stayed around eighth for most of the race. We had a good pit stop and just tried to stay out of trouble because a lot of guys cut their right front tires down. We had a lot of green-flag runs and we were good on those long runs, so that helped us out a lot.

I felt comfortable the last couple of weeks, ... I thought I made some good decisions, threw some good balls. I'd obviously like to get it in the end zone this week.
