Optimism and Pessimism are two buttons that every human being has inside of them. Whether you decide to press Optimism or Pessimism depends on you. No one else, no matter how much they intervene or struggle, can decide this for you. Only you and you alone have the power, so don't give others that power.

No one on this earth is perfect. Every scar on my body is proof of every mistake I've ever made. However, mistakes don't make you stupid, not at all. Mistakes make you, you. They make you become more perfect at being you. So by all means, keep making mistakes, but not intentionally.

You can do what you want. You can fly as far as you want, be as determined as you want, but sooner or later you have to ask yourself, or the person with you, ‘will there be everything we have hoped for?’ When you realise there’s so little hope left, it is like seeing an entire shadow all over the world.

Sometimes people think it'll get better in time. Sometimes people do what they can do today, tomorrow. Sometimes the most beautiful emotions are the ones that are most neglected. Sometimes people mistaken love for lust. Sometimes people miscommunicate. Sometimes people say things that they don't really mean. Sometimes people say things that they mean and just say them wrong. Sometimes people think they've moved on. Sometimes people think that they will never move on. Sometimes people share they're lives with people that they don't really love. Sometimes people let the people they really love pass through they're lives. Sometimes people chose to stay alive. Sometimes people chose to live.

No, you pessimistic fool, I am saying that if we can find it in ourselves to be miserable even when things are actually pretty good then there should be no difficulty being happy even when there is gloom and doom all around us.
