One who meditates as he eats dry bread, sees the Blessed Lord inwardly and outwardly.

Blessed, blessed is the Guru, the True Being, who has blessed me with devotional worship of the Lord.

O Nanak, the True Guru is always kind and compassionate, unto those whom the Lord Himself has blessed with His Mercy.

O Nanak, blessed is the coming of those who follow the Guru's Teachings and meditate on the Lord.

There is nothing beyond You; You are the One who does, sees, and knows.

Those whose hearts are filled with the Lord's essence are blessed and acclaimed, and intuitively absorbed into the Lord.
