One reason we want to collect the use tax and have been very aggressive about it is that 100 percent of the sales tax goes to education--the use tax does too.

It only takes one protest to trigger a hearing, but I think they have two protests filed against them. (I) don't know the nature of what those protests are at this point.

This doesn't happen very often.

It's live at Delta Venus for a reason. Delta has been our starting point and we owe a lot to that place. We played there every week for over a year and a half and it's basically built us a following in Davis and really helped us learn the whole time.

We first started out in a man and for some reason we weren't rotating and they were screening and cutting but we went to a zone and matched out of it. Then we went back to man to man but they didn't run the same thing when we did it so the pattern was easier to cover. We were fortunate that they cooled off a little bit.

While we like Malaysia, there's reason to like overseas more.
