One of the main concerns is the Pueblo flow program.

We don't want to shock people. We don't want it to come as a surprise.

The important thing is that final EA will answer all the questions raised.

However, it has been a strange season, and inflows to the reservoir have not dropped off as much as we'd like to see in the fall.

The environmental assessment takes the flow program into account, but not to the extent that the city of Pueblo would like it to.

Also, we began the fall and winter season with a higher water elevation in the reservoir than usual. Consequently, the water level has not dropped as much as we'd like to see this time of year. So, we are bumping up releases slightly to keep the water level down.
