One of the lessons I have learned in the different stages of my career is that science is not done alone. It is through talking with others and sharing that progress is made.

Ultimately there is no such thing as failure. There are lessons learned in different ways.

The ages two to 15 I spent at different stages of shortness. I didn't become a tall person until I was 16.

Hip-hop went through different stages, from the beginning in the streets of the Bronx, to the whole Tri-State area and then to the rest of the United States and the rest of the world.

Which is not to discount everything I've done in my past; everything I have learned tremendously from.
