Walking by yourself in the forest, sitting on the bank of a lake, sailing the ocean alone, sitting on a hillside observing nature, or flying unaccompanied in a balloon over untouched land. These are what I refer to as ‘Self Preservation’ moments we all need to gather and filter our thoughts, thus enabling us to organize our lives mentally, without the outside distractions from others. In order to bring tranquility into your everyday life you must first find peace within yourself.
