One huge advantage is Brent Sutter. This team will have structure and discipline and will be purposeful in its play.

My focus will be to put the ball in play, not strike out and move runners. I've always prided myself on being a good production guy. On defense I'll get after it. I'll throw some exciting plays in there.

Obviously, it's a great sports town, and it's a franchise that has had success at the highest level in the NHL. It's definitely a place that would be great to work.

Phil Kessel is a very talented player. If he's slipping, it tells you that there's some other very good players in the draft.
