Once you get those programs on their feet, you start to see the kids coming through who have experience and can step in. That's what we're hoping to accomplish.

We gained some more bodies with our younger guys, but of those only one had middle school experience. Dustin and Matt are really the only two have put down full seasons.

It's useful when a problem comes up that you have no experience of. You then have somebody you can refer to, ... The workplace would be a far nicer place if people said 'thank you' a bit more often.

Audience members are also performers ? it's an interactive experience.
