Once we get into the winter months, we tend to stay overcast quite a bit. A lot of times we do get lake effect cloudiness, and that prevails for quite a long period of time.

Cod and halibut tend to co-mingle quite a bit.

Winter months tend to be slower. We really have to wait until spring and summer ? the peak of the housing market ? to see if this was a seasonal effect or if it really is some moderation in housing activity.

That's what I'm out here to do. Compete and win. It makes the winter months a whole lot better.
