Once they make that decision, you can't really look back. I lay out their options and educate them on the risks. We just want to make sure that they make an informed decision, not an emotional one.

It is made to look like a bomb, ... The decision to return to the airport, pop the chutes and evacuate the plane was entirely appropriate.

I haven't made that decision. But I would certainly welcome the superintendent of schools, instead of pointing the finger at everybody and everything, taking some accountability of what is happening on his watch.

When I made the very difficult decision to end the show, it was because I recognized it was important for me to focus on different things. Of course, now that I can make more movies, I also have a family. But it's such a good job and good life that I have, and I'm happy.

These are decent people. We're in a situation with Cedric that's tough because of a lot of factors. I think the expectation was that this one would go smoother than the facts have allowed it to go. But we've maintained a professional approach and respect, and that's been important.
