On the second lap it felt tight like a ball, and at that point I thought about stopping and slowed down. I hope it's not a big deal and will heal in a couple of days.

My campaign starts here in Gent. I just need a few races to arrive in my best shape in Moscow. I set new goals every year and I try to achieve them. That's what sport is all about.

It's been a tough three weeks for me. I had to fly in and make a quick recovery which wasn't easy.

I'm still running good. Hopefully I'll have a good run tomorrow.

A seventh title is something special. But it was tough, definitely not as I wanted&it was a lot harder than I expected.
