On a day-to-day basis, I am appalled at the hazardous materials that just pass by us on the railroad.

We have 37 entrances in our facilities, and 800 to 1,000 visitors a day, and we needed to know who was in the building. The new system identifies potential risks and isolates them. It detours a lot of bad things, like purse-snatching.

We may not be able to depend on having all our employees. The county tells us that as many as 30 percent of employees may not show up for work.

They'll critique what worked, what didn't.

It stops any wandering around.

We know where all the visitors are, so we can track them down and alert them if they've left their lights on or their windows down.
