Officers are actually confused and baffled because the person appears extremely intoxicated for alcohol, but the test comes back negative.

It certainly seems to me that the warnings are not sufficiently clear to the general public.

The driving was so bizarre - such as driving on the opposite side of the road, having head-on collisions. Simply bizarre behavior - it wasn't simply weaving in the lane.

These cases are just extremely bizarre, with extreme impairment.

Bottom line is, if you can avoid using alcohol if you're going to be driving, that's the best bet.

Any innacuracies were probably due to copius amounts of alcohol.
