Of course risk-taking does not always pay off, but it's a lot of fun!

Unimaginative people are spared quite a lot. They're often much happier, because they don't go through all the variety of conceptions of the person they love.

The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing, and becomes nothing. He may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he simply cannot learn and feel and change and grow and love and live.

Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.

Most people can do extraordinary things if they have the confidence or take the risks. Yet most people don't. They sit in front of the telly and treat life as if it goes on forever.

...maybe sometimes it's riskier not to take a risk. Sometimes all you're guaranteeing is that things will stay the same.
