Now we can get down to business and get some changes in this lousy Texas penal system. My son will not die in vain.

Until they were apprehended, they were merely paper photographs to me. It's very difficult to have a name and a face for the men who hurt my child.

I feel elated, most grateful that no one else was hurt.

I think it starts at the very top with the elected officials, goes to the appointed officials, goes to the Department of Criminal Justice ... and down to the prison employees who were very lax that day.

Everybody kissed and made up and we're back in business.

We're approximating that it will be complete in June 2008.
