Now that this nonsense is over I hope we will be given a chance to take care of the nation's football without any further hindrance.

I think it is now time for some healing to take place and for all of us to work towards the development of football which I believe is the interest of everybody. Some people will have differences and as such take different roads to achieve their ends but at the same time it is the sport that should benefit.

Many of the players have been playing for their premier league clubs and have been in camp almost on a weekly basis since January.

I certainly will not belittle this. Some may see it as a mere symbolic upgrade, with little to do with sport.
