No university comes close to the impact -- in every corner of the state -- that Penn State has.

I wouldn't make that speculation.

We filed (the motion to dismiss) because we feel the allegations against the athletic director and against Penn State are unfounded.

Our main concern is the student's health and well-being. We hope he does well and recovers.

But overreacting is the whole VA thing. If we hadn't overreacted years ago, they probably would have closed the hospital by now.

We will not be able to freeze tuition for undergraduate students in 2006 with a state appropriation that looks like it might be near the same level we received five years ago. The increase in inflation and other costs over the past five years will have to be supported by more internal belt-tightening and our only other main income stream -- tuition.
