No matter how exciting your team is, no matter how much fun it is to watch or how many goals you score, if you can't keep the puck out of your goal and your team is not disciplined defensively, then you're not successful,

Look at guys like Larry Bird and George Brett and John McEnroe; that's what they did in their careers. They all wanted to be the guy under the microscope late in the game or late in the match. So you just take on that know-how that that's part of your responsibility, and you learn that's what makes it exciting. That's what makes it fun!

We've discussed some team goals, but mainly we just want to do well while having fun. We didn't think we were going to be this good from the beginning. We didn't even think we were going to beat Bath. Now we're winning a lot of meets and the hard work seems to be paying off.
