New projects will generally have more support (for tolls). There's such a shortage of regular tax funds.

We have an ongoing challenge to get budget support for corps projects. Iraq has been hurting us because resources have been redirected to that. And now we have New Orleans. The money has to come from somewhere. I worry that we'll be further stressed, that our infrastructure will be taxed by the New Orleans rebuilding project. I have no idea what New Orleans will do to us.

Listing and institutional support will help CEC in developing and funding new infrastructure projects.

These infrastructure projects will have big economic benefits to the country if done, and enormous economic and security costs to the country if not done.

Our support professionals will be coming through the ranks of support delivery and some of them will come from the consulting operations.

Then, hopefully their family and friends will support the team, and it will grow from there.
