Never test the depth of a river with both feet...unless it's a river of love.

In loving, be clear on the difference between intensity and intimacy. Are you more committed to revealing yourself and to transparency, or simply going for the rush.

To love yourself completely, in spite of all your faults and foibles, is THE work. For only when you love yourself can you truly love another.

When you work right, so does everything else.

Have difficulty trusting? Dedicate yourself to being trustworthy and in alignment to who you say you are. Do this and see how your perceptions, and the world around you, changes.

When all is said and done, by what are we measured? By the body of choices we have made through today, and the wake that is left behind by those choices.
