Never stop moving, or you'll stop moving. I go to dance class every morning, and it's just good to stay strong; I like being healthy.

Find even the tiniest bit of light in your day, everyday to stay strong. It doesn't matter how big or small, just find something that is positive about each day. Eventually that light will be brighter and for much longer.
