Never negotiate with kids. They don't have life experience, and they don't have repercussions for bad decisions; they still get fed and housed.

The thought is to really provide a more exciting experience for kids, to let them see what life on a campus is like, and imagine themselves in that environment.

One must not make too much of anything in life, good or bad.

When you really think about it, I'm not delusional enough to think that what I do is important to life as we know it on this planet. No. But neither is what you do.

I think we've made some good headway in the last seven years. With the experience and what I've learned the last two terms, I'm already on the ground running.
