My personal goal stays the same every year. Do better than the year before.

When we start practice again I will get a feel for what we are going to be doing this year.

I really don't know how many passes will be thrown my way this season. It varies from year to year but all I can do is my best and don't worry about things out of my control.

Last year, no matter what they had, you could kind of get them regardless of what the coverage was. Now it's harder for us to get off the ball. They're a lot more aggressive.

It's all a matter of opinion. The goal is to do better than I did last year, which is more than 11 1/2 sacks. I'm not big on statistics, but that is the goal.

My advice would be to never give up on yourself and always believe.
