My opinion is that we need a decisive, straight-forward leader of the town who moves the business of the public always as quickly as it could be done.

How that's done leads to efficiently run meetings.

We have the discretion to pick who we want to pick. I don't see any reasons why this council should tie its hands and limit its discretion as to who should serve us.
