My interviewing style and my approach to things is that, yes, it's okay to be sincere; it's okay to be yourself; it's okay to be real.

People of different dispositions make the world go round. That's why it's insanity to try to be someone else.

I think you have to be yourself, and you have to be real and you have to admit what you don't know, and talk about what you do know, and talk about what you don't know as long as you say you don't know it.

There are more gifts in who you are than there are in who you think you want to be.

Be yourself. Unapologetically.

People who mind don't matter, and people who matter don't mind.
