My experience is that you don't go out and rush.

We've been through some different changes in the football program in the past few years. One of the goals of the hiring committee was stability, someone that would come in here and develop some continuity.

The first thing was to get the athletic director in on board.

I am confident in the staff we have in place already.

It will certainly be a hard process to go through. But we can't cross that bridge until we know we have a bridge to cross.
