My clients are trying to survive by doing the best that they can with what they have. We want to get along with our neighbors.

The Wild Horse ranch is doing what it has done, historically, for years. The county is killing its guest ranches — the flavor that Tucson has of the Old West.

The process interests me. Trying different media, seeking out things to paint, going different places. I just enjoy the whole process. I find it very relaxing.

The "what should be" never did exist, but people keep trying to live up to it. There is no "what should be," there is only what is.

The pressure is now on the U.S. and EU to break this deadlock without trying to force concessions on developing countries.

We are trying to work some bugs out. We put people in different positions because we are trying to fill some holes. Some of the guys aren't used to playing the positions. They need more experience.
