Most people don't have enough of it.

Guys buy in units. They buy a shirt, they buy a pair of pants -- it doesn't matter if it goes together. Women buy for a system, they buy for an entire outfit So instead of trying to sell you the shingle, (Web sites) are now positioning the shingle with the siding and the trim color.

Even if you do winterize your house and drain all the plumbing pipes, if you turn your heat off, all your wallpaper can peel off the wall or your doors can swell shut. So you want to leave your heat on say, at 60 or 70 degrees.

If they show up and see a strange car in your driveway they may investigate [the matter] a little bit further.

My vision for this book and the others in the series is to let people know what kind of commanders we have, ... You don't pick generals off park benches. ... They are experts at what they do and lot of thinking goes into it. And I want to get across to people the intellectual dimension of command, to let people know that it's hard to be a general. And the people we have with general stars on their shoulders are pretty smart and pretty good guys.

I like to be in a position of helping people. I find it very humbling that, simply by playing baseball, I'm in position to help so many people. I never take that for granted.
