Most of them were OK with it. There really weren't any major complaints.

We just asked that they would cooperate with the merchants downtown.

We are unaware of any widespread complaints related to crew processing concerns. Because crews have their own lanes [at immigration and customs], oftentimes they move through more expeditiously than other travelers.

Just like with any issue, if we get complaints, we go out there.

Lately there have been complaints that the use of the magnitude scale is confusing, or at least the reporting of magnitudes in the newspapers 'confuses the public.

By opening the investigation, it doesn't mean they've done anything wrong. But we have enough consumer complaints that seem to have a pattern ... and we're not talking about small amounts of money.
