Most of our guys fix cars and build houses. We're not like NFL Europe that's using the continent as a farm system for American players. We're trying to grow the game here.

It would be one thing if the cars were flexible like a caterpillar or something, but they are not.

There's no way I would fill up our cars with gas once a week any more. We're not using a full tank of gas even once a month.

If the builder is going to try and resell in a couple of years, he is not going to build a slum. Ten years ago, affordable housing accounted for 80 percent of the market; today, it's only 5 percent. We need affordable housing. And this is going to be a way to get people into housing affordably.

We'll get our guys together by the middle of the month. We're not doing an organizational meeting this year. We'll sit down and we'll discuss in advance of free agency to look at the whole thing and to get perspective of where our needs are and where the talent may be.

It's not a mall. We want people to park their cars, walk around, go to lunch, go to a store and go to a movie. We want them to feel like it's the center of town.
