More than anything it would be togetherness, for everybody to come together and be more of a family than we were last year.

It's a lot different than last year. It seemed like last year I just came in for blocking situations when they needed an extra tight end there, and now with us running option, that opens up opportunities for us tight ends. So every opportunity we get, we're going to try to take advantage of that.

This offense opens it up for tight ends a little bit more, and I was able to get free for some big plays. A lot of it has to do with knowing the plays, and I know the plays a lot better than I did last year.

I expect to be in there to make big plays all year long. I just hope I have the same opportunities to make plays in bigger spots against better opponents.

With this being our first game (in the altered offense), I thought we did pretty well. We're going to get better and better throughout the season.

The seniors that year came together as a family. I think we're finally doing that now with this team.
