Momentum is very important heading into the playoffs, and I'm just so proud of our guys right now. I think we get better each and every week, and now we can focus on improving our seeding.

Our season begins now, as far as I'm concerned. We lost to the best team in the state, as far as I'm concerned, but if we lose next week, our season is over.

They're an awfully good football team.

I said coming into this game that players needed to step up to take some pressure off Sam [Sellers], and sure enough, they did. A lot of guys stepped up and made big catches, big runs and big tackles.

Home crowds are great, and the atmosphere is always electric. The seniors have a big opportunity to make a statement. And obviously, everyone wants to protect their home turf.

I couldn't tell what happened, really. I missed it. I tell you, though, that kid's a good player and I hate it for Coach Beckett and his staff.
