Michael has been a great co-captain for us this year. His work ethic, attention to proper nutrition and academic results have been an example to our whole team all year. He will be missed.

His attention to detail and tireless work ethic has earned him the respect of his players and fellow staff members. He will tell you shortly (how) he wants his players. He wants them smart, hard-working, tough, and with great character. Those were among the qualities that we looked for in (the) selection our head coach.

Jessica is very athletic, with a great work ethic, a third-year player for us.

My biggest question wasn't about the organization, the work ethic, none of the things that have been part of Joe's life. My biggest question had to do with how he would adapt and adjust to calling plays in a different time in football. That really was one of the greatest challenges that he faced last year was, 'Can I run my offense as I knew it in this modern day and age of football'. And the answer was no.
