Many trail users around town are doing a little trail maintenance on the trails in their neighborhood. This workshop is to encourage volunteers and to make sure they do the job right.

Users generally like having [audio] as a way of warming the experience up, making it more human. The main focus for us is to humanize the Web, to enhance the experience so it's not a secondary experience as opposed to going to a branch office.

Stay on snowmobile trails whenever possible. If you do find yourself leaving the trail, go only where other vehicles have already gone.

We don't think it's logical [for] users to do nothing.

The location was completely inappropriate to the neighborhood. These are really undesirable things that the town was doing that went against the town.

No memory is ever alone; it's at the end of a trail of memories, a dozen trails that each have their own associations.
