Majority of the time we are dealing with commonness and familiarity. The normality of these aspects in life rarely kindles excitement, so we figure life is boring. But common sense contains much of life's essence, and familiarity encompasses abundant wisdom. Embrace the common and explore the familiar, so that we can grasp the insight of life of today and beyond.

The mental and physical reactions to what are perceived as labor and leisure are distinctively different, though at leisure labor is often involved. Some people are able to maintain a happier balance between labor and leisure, not because they have a world of free time, but because they effectively expanded what is in leisure.
