I was doing what Taylor is doing before Bo and Constantine. I'm not so sure that Bo or Constantine would have been given a chance in auditions if I hadn't been successful with more rockin' tunes.

This is a very popular format among my audiences because they love to have the performer explain the music they're about to hear.

I love music but, of course, I'd choose love over that.

I'm just happy to be honored as someone who's making music.

I tried to look at writing a song almost like solving a mystery. The song was there, buried somewhere in my brain. All I had to do was follow the clues until I figured it out.
