Locals, in general, simply are not going to enforce the permit. These people are controlled by the developers. They're not going to go against their friends.

It's hard for us to go in and negotiate under these conditions. We can't. We just can't.

The whole system has failed. You see everywhere mud going into streams, and you can't get anything done about it without a lawyer. And that's not right.

We don't want people to think they have to go and do something. Rather we want them to be moved to find what will fit well within their life at this time.

I think it teaches young people to give back to their community. I think it's great.

One reason I wanted Osgood is that he understands the expectations of playing here. Some people have struggled with those expectations and that pressure. Osgood understand that pressure and still wanted to be here.
