Locally we've worked with close to 30 outreach programs. There has been a concerted effort from the beginning to develop this as a family festival.

Our mission statement is to introduce young people to the sport of cycling. We want them to get off of the couch, get away from the computer screen and onto a bicycle.

We're an outside event, so we just have to adjust, unless of course safety becomes an issue. We've moved a course or two and some vendors, but we're on rain or shine.

We're certainly pleased to create a positive economic impact for our wonderful community. But we're more delighted to introduce young people to the wonderful sport of cycling.

Our effort was good, we wanted to come out and be aggressive in the beginning of the game and I fell like we did that.

The thing stunk to high heaven from the beginning, the way that there seemed to be a concerted effort to keep changing the subject whenever someone brought up the subject of whether there was fraud in the election.
