License revenue for us is up 30 percent, and services and consulting revenues are also up, but not quite as dramatically. We are seeing a growth spurt.

You don't need a lot of consultation if the person you're consulting with listens to you. So we'll see.

As we close this chapter on the merger exercise, we begin the task of executing our plans and fulfilling the promise of a new, larger, stronger, global Lawson. We are convinced that the market wants legitimate and credible choices and this combination makes us a strong contender in numerous markets around the globe.

Unfortunately, Wal-Mart doesn't know nearly as much as bout their own employees as they do about the inventory and felt this is an area they need to spend time on. The place to start is to understand who their employees are and their career plan.

The three of us all had worked for big tier-one consulting firms where it was common to put someone on a plane Sunday night, spend all week with a client, have him come back Friday night and repeat the procedure.
