Just stick with it. You're freshman year is going to be very tough, but as time goes on and you keep practicing, you will get better.

Our goal is to reach more and more of those other markets.

It's a sobering realization when one fully absorbs the real impact that heart disease has on our lives and the lives of the people we love. We want to do our part to raise the level of awareness in our community and assist the local Atlantic County chapter of the American Heart Association.

This is one of the few times where we're not competing against each other. We do anything we have to do to achieve those goals. You never know when you might be in a situation where you need blood.

Losing or not reaching your goals is not a total lose, but there is always a better door ahead.
